Conditions of participation and data protection information

• Number of participants per course: min. 5 / max. 10
  
  
• Registration: until 2 weeks before the course starts
  (can be done by mail, email, online or in person)
  
  
• Cancellation policy:
  If a registration is cancelled before the beginning of the course, the course fee will be cancelled; a processing fee of 20€ will be applied.
  
  If a student misses a class, no refund will be issued.  Make up material will be available.  In the case of a medical emergency, exceptions to this policy can be made.
  
  If the teacher is ill and a replacement cannot be found, the missed lesson will be added at the end.
  
  German national holidays are observed
  
  
• Payment
  course fees are paid in full before the start of the first lesson.  An invoice will be sent via email after registration.  In the event that the course does not take place, a full refund will be issued.
  
  
• Data protection information
  My data will only be recorded and stored for billing and course organization purposes and in particular will not be passed on to third parties.
